This apprenticeship aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to successfully work in customer services. Develop skills in communication, resolving queries and meeting customers’ needs, build knowledge of the principles of customer service. The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to develop customer service skills that can be relied upon by employers in a range of industries including contact centres, retails stores and various business environments. This course will also provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to communicate effectively with customers and provide effective customer service.
You need at least two GCSEs at grade C, including English Language. If you do not have GCSE Maths and English at grade C, you will complete Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications as part of your Apprenticeship. You must be working in a relevant workplace and role and have the support of your line manager/employer.
Learners who achieve Level 2 Customer Services could progress to Level 3 Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Customer Services
