The Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration is aimed at people working in an Administrative environment. The course aims to help you develop key personal and interpersonal skills and the knowledge you will need for a successful career in the sector. Areas covered include performance management, communication, information management and document production. The main Business components of your qualification are delivered in the workplace by one of our qualified assessor-deliverers.
You need at least two GCSEs at grade C, including English Language. If you do not have GCSE Maths or ICT at grade C, you will complete Level 1 Functional Skills qualification as part of your Apprenticeship. You need to be working in a relevant workplace and have the support of your line manager/employer.
When you have successfully completed this Intermediate Apprenticeship and received a good workplace reference, you may like to progress to a related Advanced Apprenticeship, such as those in Team Leading, Business Administration, Accountancy or Management. Your choice depends upon your job role, employer and career ambitions. Alternatively, you can apply for jobs such as Admin Assistant, Clerical Assistant, Finance Assistant or Receptionist
