This Apprenticeship is designed for people working in Hospitality who want to train for a supervisory role in the industry. During the course, you will develop skills and knowledge in areas including the competitive environment, team leadership, managerial administration and effective communication with customers. This is a work-based qualification, so your choice of topics will depend on your role and employer.
There are a variety of trips during this course, including visits to local trade shows, food producers and the Hotel Olympia.
You need Level 1 Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths or equivalent and a Level 2 Hospitality qualification. You also need to be working in a suitable job role for the duration of your Apprenticeship.

By achieving this Advanced Apprenticeship, you prove yourself fully prepared for a supervisory role in the Hospitality industry. As well as continuing in employment, you may like to apply for Higher Apprenticeships or Foundation degrees in a relevant area, such as Hospitality Management.
