Introduction to this course

This study programme will meet the needs of those aspiring to a professional or technical career in Construction or Civil Engineering and serves as a route to full-time employment, as well as a progression route to degree level education. You will cover construction technology, design in construction and civil engineering, project management and the built environment.

Entry Requirements

Intermediate Trainee - You will need four GCSEs at grade 3 (D) or above including English and maths and a Trainee qualification in Carpentry & Joinery.

Advanced Trainee - You will need four GCSEs at grade 4 (C) including GCSE grade 4 (C) in English and maths and an Intermediate Trainee qualification in a Construction discipline.
