Art and Design - Level 3


Art and Design practice, including life drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, as well as illustration, 3D design, architecture, digital and traditional photography, fashion and textile skills and the history of Art & Design.

Learners will exhibit in local and regional exhibitions and have been involved in a variety of community based projects.

Entry Requirements:

You will need four GCSEs at grade 4 (C)  or above, including English and maths and an interest in Art & Design, Graphic Design or Creative Digital Media, or have completed the Level 2 vocational qualification in a related subject. Applications are welcome from mature students, who will be interviewed to discuss how prior achievement may enable them to participate in the course.



Career Prospects

These study programmes are designed to help you develop your portfolio so you can progress to a degree level course in Art and Design. You can also progress to employment or to an Apprenticeship.
