Food & Beverage Service Supervision - Level 3

Introduction to this course

This study programme is designed for people who aspire to work in a front of house supervisory role in a Hospitality environment. The study programme includes modules on barista skills, supervising events, preparing and serving cocktails and preparing and serving wines. You will gain experience in our professional restaurant.

There will be relevant trips throughout the year, as well as end-of-year excursion and you will complete at least sixty hours of work experience as part of this study programme.

Entry Requirements

You need a Level 2 in Food & Beverage Service to join this study programme.

Career Prospects

After you successfully completion you can further enhance your skills with additional managerial or business qualifications or seek employment as a Restaurant Team Leader, Supervisor or Bar Tender.

How will I be assessed?

Your skills and knowledge are assessed through short answer test papers, assignments and observations of your practice.
