Enjoy baking and want to make your cakes look good enough to eat? This introductory course will help you get to grips with basic cake decorating techniques and materials, using butter cream - chocolate ganache and sugar paste. Our experienced staff will guide you through the course and help you develop skills at your own pace. If you want to produce more complex designs, you can progress to Cake Decoration - The Next Step and Sugar Flowers. No previous experience required.
