In anticipation of the formation of the new English and Maths department, I briefly took on the role of English and Maths department Curriculum Area Administrator, before completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Post-Compulsory Education and Training and being employed as a full time English Lecturer with the college. This is the role that I currently occupy, teaching both Functional Skills and GCSE English.
