How many guests can I bring to the ceremony?

You may request guest tickets but these are subject to availability. The first THREE guest tickets (subject to availability) will be allocated Free of Charge. Any additional tickets will be available on a first come first serve basis. These extra tickets are free of charge This DOES NOT include your own seat. We cannot guarantee you will recieve all the tickets you request.

Can you accommodate my guest in a wheelchair?

We can accommodate guests in wheelchairs with prior notice. Please indicate on the Registration Form that you have a guest in a wheelchair and individual arrangements will be made at the venue. We are not able to accommodate late requests for wheelchair spaces due to the fixed nature of the seating, so please ensure you mark clearly on the Registration Form if you require such a space.

Can you accommodate late requests for guest seating?

We are unable to guarantee we can accommodate late requests because of the fixed seating arrangements at the venue. All persons present in the auditorium have to be allocated a seat, so seating may be limited as the date of the ceremony approaches.

Can I bring children to the ceremony?

As the ceremony is approximately one and a half hours, it may not be appropriate to bring young children. A ticket must be allocated to all children who will be occupying a seat in the auditorium and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under two years of age are free of charge, but they must sit on an adult's lap.

What should I do if my results are not due to be published until after the date the registration form has to be returned?

You should still submit your Registration Form by the due date. Attendance is strictly on the proviso of you passing your course and pass lists are checked before tickets are allocated and sent. If you are in the unfortunate situation of not being eligible to attend the ceremony, you will be able to claim a full refund

When can I expect to receive my tickets?

To give everyone the greatest possible chance of obtaining their results in time, tickets and further information for the Graduation Day will not be sent out until approximately 7-10 working days prior to the ceremony.

I am not able to attend the ceremony, what happens to my certificate?

If your certificate is available for collection on Graduation Day and is not subsequently collected, it will be sent to your last recorded address by Recorded Delivery.
